Every sector is assigned to exactly one broker, who is background-checked and credentialed before listings go live. Each unit is also cross-checked against RERA registration where applicable.
No. Browsing, comparing sectors, and viewing market data is completely free for tenants. Brokerage is only charged on a confirmed deal, at the standard market rate.
Yes. Owners and builders can submit a property through the List With Us program, and it's routed to the authorized broker for that sector for verification and publishing.
We currently operate across Mohali, Chandigarh, and Panchkula, and are actively onboarding sectors in Zirakpur and Kharar.
